Don't know much about 3D. Do you use photographs from skin for the texture? Looks rrrrreal!

thanks! and to answer your question Drinker. it was all hand painted in zbrush and photoshop except for the eyebrows which were taken from a photo. there are many different maps which are involved in making this.. epiderman, subdermal, and an overall color maps.. that is not including the bump and spec maps
